The only way to top a goodbye show is to have a goodbye cookout in the Lord’s backyard. Food, Friends, Family, Festivities, and even some beer pong.
My cousin Steve had to call it quits with his band, Baker, and follow his heart to France. But it wouldn’t be a Boston band if they didn’t put on one last amazing show.
Tara’s Gloucester crew had their annual outdoor grille-stravaganza, and I decided to trek on up. I’m still in therapy from the event.
Needed to get out of the house for a bit, so I started at Salem Willows and worked my way home, snapping shots along the way.
In an act of reckless abandon, Susan and I made last minute-ish plans to go to Vegas and see Star Trek: The Experience before it closed. It was, most assuredly, the best thing we could have done.
